There's a saying that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover- but in this addon, you can!
You may see the title and wonder, "wait- I can ALREADY read books in Minecraft!"
And this is true! But with this addon, you can see the titles of books without pulling them off the shelf!
- Looking at an enchanted book on a chiseled bookshelf will show the list of enchantments in the player's actionbar (right above the hotbar) as well as the level of each enchantment
- Signed books show the title and author of the book
- For all other books, shows the type of book (Book, Book & Quill, etc.)
- Works with custom books! (That can be placed on chiseled bookshelves)
- Now with localization!
This is useful for players who want to have large libraries- but would also like to know where that book of unbreaking 3 went..
Note: when you add the addon to an already existing world or template, you may need to remove and put the books back in again for the addon to properly register them. This also works for seeing the new changes after updating the addon. (If it's still a bit wonky, destroying the block and placing it down again should do the trick!)
