This addon adds a special entity called a "Random Mob," which, when spawned in the world, randomly transforms into one of the following mobs:
Creeper, Zombie, Skeleton, Spider, Enderman, Witch, and more depending on the difficulty you choose.
(None of the original spawn rules or mob behavior are modified.)

The added difficulties (subpacks) are:

1. Hard
- +50% mob bonus
- Only spawn on the surface

2. Nightmare
- +100% mob bonus
- Spawn on the surface and underground
- 5% slime spawn

3. Burning Nightmare
- +110% mob bonus
- Spawn on the surface and underground
- 5% slime spawn
- 10% Nether mob spawn (Zombie Pigman, Wither Skeleton, Ghast, Blaze, and Magma Cube)

You can change the difficulty from the behavior pack options.
