📢 The Relaunch!

If this pack looks familiar, you are absolutely right! This is the official relaunch of my original Miner's Hat project. It was previously categorized under "Scripts," which meant a lot of players never got the chance to find it. I am relaunching it officially as an Add-on so it can finally get the spotlight it deserves. Same great features, entirely new reach!

🔦 About This Pack

Say goodbye to placing thousands of torches during your long mining trips! This simple, highly useful Behavior Pack turns any standard Gold Helmet into a working Miner's Hat, granting you instant and infinite Night Vision when you need it most.

⛏️ How to Use It

Using this pack is completely seamless and blends perfectly into normal survival gameplay:

Step 1: Craft or find a standard vanilla Gold Helmet.

Step 2: Equip the helmet in your head armor slot.

Step 3: You will immediately receive the Night Vision effect!

Step 4: To turn the Night Vision off, simply remove the helmet. The effect will automatically fade away in 12 seconds.

⚠️ Important Details (Please Read)

Achievement Friendly: Because this pack uses pure entity evaluation (hasitem filters) instead of requiring you to type /tag commands in the chat, it does not disable achievements! You can safely use this in your primary survival world.

Vanilla Items Only: Please note that the custom icon featuring a torch on a helmet is just a visual logo! This add-on does not add a brand new custom item or block to the game. It simply gives a brilliant new utility to the standard vanilla Gold Helmet.

Behavior Pack Only: This is strictly a data-driven Behavior Pack. No custom Resource Pack is required.

📥 Installation Instructions

1. Download the .mcpack file.

2. Double-click the file to automatically import it into Minecraft Bedrock Edition.

3. Apply the Behavior Pack to your world settings.

4. Put on a Gold Helmet, jump into the caves, and start mining!
