NetherSpawn - Set world spawn point in the nether

Forces all players to spawn in the Nether. Admins can set custom spawn coordinates. Also respects player's own spawn points like beds. Equivalent to /setworldspawn command but for nether.

- Cheats no longer required for commands
- Addon no longer disables achievments
