Biome tinting

CHANGES:
Netherite weapons are now made in the smithing table
Sickle can now mine all leaves in a 3x3x3 area
Removed wool stairs/slabs

Fixed queen bees butt is rotated the wrong way
Fixed Honey Bagels dont give the bottles (from the honey bottles) in the recipe back
