changelogs:
- spawns one at a time consistently during full moon
- reduced heavy workloads that is unused
- replaced charging attack with slight airborne as a placeholder for now
- added smoke particle effect when the mutant reaches the ground when target throwing
known bugs (can't be fixed rn):
- it doesn't charge the target high enough
- the charging effect should summon an explosion when contact on ground
- mutant_charge towards doesn't work right now but the code is being kept
