MURMUR Cruel Pack is a content pack for MURMUR Core that replaces benign ambient chatter with something rawer: mobs that actively disrespect you.
- **Requires MURMUR Core** — will not function without it. Install Core first, then this pack.

Villagers whisper behind your back. Pillagers catalogue your gear with contempt. Piglins question your relevance. This pack takes the living-world immersion of MURMUR and weaponizes it.

Highlights:
- Villagers roast your held item and comment on your health bar with zero sympathy
- Pillagers and Vindicators treat you as a tactical problem to be solved, not a hero
- Piglins are obsessed with gold and deeply unimpressed by your presence
- Witches are clinical, unsettling, and mildly amused by your mortality
- Full situational awareness — night, rain, thunder, raid, boat, wounds, fire, nether
- Supports `{item}` and `{health}` placeholders for hyper-specific insults based on what you're holding and how injured you are

## ⚠️ Warnings & Clarifications

- **Requires MURMUR Core** — will not function without it. Install Core first, then this pack.
- **Enable Beta APIs** in world settings.
- Dialogue is intentionally irreverent and meta (mobs may reference game mechanics). If you want immersive/serious tone, check my profile for other packs designed for immersion, I am working on more of these packs so keep an eye out for your favorites coming soon!.
- One content pack at a time is recommended alongside Core. It may cause issues if you try to use multiple packs that override the same mobs.
