NEW UPDATE, ADDED MORE DIALOGUE OPTIONS!
**MURMUR Animal Pack** is a content pack for MURMUR Animal Core that gives passive animals ambient narrative actions — short, atmospheric third-person descriptions of what they're doing and noticing. Animals don't speak. But they *observe*. They react. They have opinions about your gear and your health, expressed through body language and behavior rather than words. > *The llama chews rhythmically while staring you down.* > *The cow sniffs your pathetic splinter with mild interest.* > *The chicken pecks at your overpriced shiny toothpick curiously.* **Covered animals:** Chicken, Cow, Sheep, Pig, Horse, Llama
**Highlights:**
- Weather reactions — soggy sheep, stoic horses, puddle-hunting pigs
- Night behavior — livestock treeline-watching, sleepy chirps, moonlit moos
- Wound and death reactions — panic, betrayal, dignity
- Contextual `{item}` and `{health}` support — animals notice what you're holding and comment through action
- Lightweight — minimal tick overhead, separate from the main Core engine

## ⚠️ Warnings & Clarifications
- **Requires MURMUR Animal Core** — will not function without it. Install Animal Core first, then this pack.
- Does **not** require MURMUR Core. The two engine systems (Core and Animal Core) are independent and can both run in the same world simultaneously.
- **Enable Beta APIs** in world settings.
- Text appears as narrative action (e.g. `*The cow looks at you with betrayal in its eyes.*`) not as quoted speech.
- **Requires Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.0+**
There is a known bug where named mobs can sometimes fail to prefix dialogue with their name, resulting in them falling back to using "Item". I plan to fix this when i can.
