Murder Mystery v1.1.0: The Sabotage & Sleuth Update!

Welcome to Version 1.1.0! We've taken the classic Murder Mystery formula and injected some massive new mechanics, while fully fortifying the backend to run flawlessly on the newest Minecraft Bedrock updates!

Here is everything new in the v1.1.0 Update:

New Roles & Mechanics

  • The Detective Role: A randomly selected Crewmate will now become the Detective! Armed with a Bow and a single Arrow, you have one shot to take out the Murderer. Choose wisely—if you shoot an innocent Crewmate, the guilt will kill you both instantly!
  • Murderer Sabotage (Blackout): The Murderer is no longer just a slasher. By sneaking and using their weapon in the air, the Murderer can cut the facility's lights, plunging all Crewmates into pitch-black Blindness for 10 seconds!

Bug Fixes

  • Bulletproof Menus & Game Loops: Rebuilt the internal menu logic and player-tracking arrays. The game will seamlessly check win conditions without ever lagging the server or throwing iterator errors!
