More Vanilla Weapons+ Complete v2.2.1

This patch focuses on combat balance

Changes:
- Rebalanced weapon damage across all material tiers
- Reduced the overall power of hammers, maces, and sickles
- Smoothed progression between wood, stone, gold, copper, iron, diamond, and netherite tiers
- Lowered late-game sickle damage and heavily reduced excessive high-tier sickle durability
- Adjusted katanas to sit slightly below elite swords in raw damage
- Improved durability balance so lower tiers no longer outlast stronger materials in unintended cases
- Tuned several combat effect proc rates for hammers, maces, sickles, and netherite weapons
- Fixed incorrect repair materials on affected weapons
