Description
Mod features:
-Adds 8 New craftable shields.
-Achievement Friendly. (No Experimental features)
-Survival Friendly.
-Vanilla+ Progression.

-Hand made authentic textures.
-Vibrant Visuals + RTX ready. (The shields will still look better in Vibrant Visuals)
-Simple, no frills. These shields wont be giving you passive Strength III
but they are enchantable.
-Repairable. (25% per repair material)
-Compatible with ANY/ALL mods so long as they don't share the
same crafting recipes. (No player.json)
The Shields:
(For reference, the base vanilla shield costs 1 iron ingot, 6 wood planks,
and has 337 durability)
Stone Shield - 200 Durability
- 5 cobblestone + 1 wood plank
- Repaired with cobblestone
- The answer to dealing with trash mobs at the beginning of your journey
as you search for iron ingots.
Copper Shield - 500 Durability
- 5 Copper Ingots + 1 Iron Ingot
- Repaired with Copper Ingots
- That's right, I gated it behind an iron ingot. In fact, this and all of
the shields hereafter are also gated behind a single iron ingot each.
In return, durability increases exponentially and the effectiveness of the
Unbreaking enchant becomes stronger.
- Unbreaking enchant boosted by 5%/3.33%/2.5%
Gold Shield - 500 Durability
- 5 Gold Ingots + 1 Iron Ingot
- Repaired with Gold Ingots
- Unbreaking enchant boosted by 10%/6.66%/5%
Iron Shield - 1000 Durability
- 6 Iron Ingots
- Repaired with Iron Ingots
- Unbreaking enchant boosted by 5%/3.33%/2.5%
Amethyst Shield - 1000 Durability
- 5 Amethyst Shards + 1 Iron Ingot
- Repaired with Amethyst Shards
- Unbreaking enchant boosted by 10%/6.66%/5%
Emerald Shield - 1250 Durability
- 5 Emeralds + 1 Iron Ingot
- Repaired with Emeralds
- Unbreaking enchant boosted by 10%/6.66%/5%
Diamond Shield - 1500 Durability
- 5 Diamonds + 1 Iron Ingot
- Repaired with Diamonds
- Unbreaking enchant boosted by 15%/10%/7.5%
Netherite Shield - 2000 Durability
- 5 Netherite + 1 Iron Ingot
- I have attempted to setup the ability to upgrade a Diamond Shield to
a Netherite Shield the same way you would any other diamond gear piece,
but have not tested it yet. Players be warned.

- Unbreaking enchant boosted by 20%/13.33%/10%
Future updates will mostly consist of texture updates. I'm not fully satisfied with how some of the textures look in game so I will be remaking them and updating the addon accordingly. After that I'll dig back in to the testing of upgrading the diamond shields to netherite and fix whatever bugs get reported.
