Glow Berry-based foods offer unique effects:

Glow Berry Muffin: Grants Night Vision for a short time.
Glow Berry Smoothie: Has a 90% chance to give Night Vision, but a 10% chance to cause Blindness. Use wisely!

New Recipes for Existing Items

You can now create additional items from berries:
