[DDUI Slider UX]
- Live real-value labels above each slider (example: "Current Strength: 1.6")
- Integer steps under the hood (no float noise like 1.30000000003)
- Cleaner titles: Strength / Cooldown / Range (no "tenths" jargon in the title)
- Descriptions explain step size; the label shows the readable value

[Other Polish]
- Titles updated to v3.6 (Classic, DDUI, Setup & Help)
- Classic remains the default UI
- Classic <-> DDUI switching unchanged (saved per player)

[Compatibility]
- Settings compatible with v3.1-v3.5
- If ObservableString is unavailable, DDUI still works without live labels
- Min engine: 1.21.50 | Beta APIs required
