Minesia is an adventure-style addon. It was originally designed for "Minesia Journey" (not yet released), an open-world map in the Minesia series for Minecraft Bedrock Edition. However, due to its unexpected potential, it has been released independently.
This is a vibe coding project.
No experimental settings required.
This addon adds new weapons, gameplay systems, and so on. Preparing to add more and more stuff into Minecraft Bedrock, like mobs, creatures and structures, biomes…
This project is still in early development.
Minesia Level
The Minesia Level System is an independent player level system, which is separated from the original experience system of Minecraft. Players can improve their Minesia level by gaining the original experience, and get various rewards and attribute bonuses. The original design intention of Minesia Level was to simulate the leveling mechanics commonly found in open-world games.
Examples:
- Reach level 5 to obtain Toy Sword and 30 Stone Coins
- Reach level 10 to obtain 30 Silver Coins and 5 Gold Coins
- Reach level 50 (max level) to obtain Tina weapon and 150 Emerald Coins
- Every 5 levels grants +4 max health (total +40 health at max level)
Set Effect
Set Effect System is a script system for Minecraft Bedrock Edition, which realizes two equipment effect mechanisms: Single item rule triggers the effect when a player equips a specific item in a specified slot. Suit rule triggers the suit effect when the player is equipped with multiple pieces of specified equipment at the same time.
Examples:
- Life Stone in offhand: +50% max health
- Statue Totem in offhand: +25% max health, +80% max stamina, stamina regeneration, and emergency protection when health drops below 4
- Golden Phantom Membrane in offhand: Slow Falling I, +20 max stamina (consumes durability per second)
- Steel Armor Set (full set): +4 max health
Random Damage
Random Damage System is a script system for Minecraft Bedrock Edition, which adds random additional damage mechanism to weapons. The main purpose of the system is to achieve weapon balance by expanding the damage range, rather than simply stacking the values.
Examples:
- Wooden Dagger: 1~4 damage
- Netherite Dagger: 5~8 damage
- Diamond Scythe: 8~11.5 damage, with 50% AOE sweep damage
- Tina: 8~13 damage, creates leaf particles and deals 1~5 AOE damage to same-type enemies within 5 blocks
- Pioneer: 10~15 damage, 25% chance to apply Slowness III for 5 seconds
- The Forest: 5~7 damage, poisons target for 3 seconds and restores 2 stamina per hit
