Mine Edit
A fast, mobile-friendly WorldEdit-style building tool for Minecraft Bedrock. Everything runs through simple menus and one Wand item, built specifically for touchscreen players — with optional chat commands for anyone who'd rather type than tap.
Getting Started
Get the Wand from Equipment in Creative (or /give @s mine:wand). Tap a block for Position 1, tap another for Position 2 — the Main Menu opens itself automatically once both are set. Right-click the Wand any time to reopen the menu. The Wand never breaks the block you tap, and a clean white outline (no particles) shows your current selection.
Editing Tools
Set — change every block in the selection to one block ID
Replace — change only matching blocks, leaving the rest untouched
Fill — fill only air blocks in the selection
Walls — set just the 4 outer side walls
Clear — set the whole selection to air
Block States supported — Set, Replace, Walls, and Shapes all accept bracket syntax like minecraft:piston[facing_direction=up], same as /setblock (Fill does not, by design — plain block ID only)
Copy, Cut & Paste
Copy or Cut your selection to a clipboard, then Paste with a movable ghost preview — Snap to Me, nudge it block-by-block, rotate in 90° steps, then Confirm. The preview shows correct block positions on rotation; the real paste also applies correct directional facing (stairs, logs, etc.).
Shapes
Built instantly at your position, no selection needed: Cube, Hollow Cube, Sphere, Hollow Sphere, Cylinder, Hollow Cylinder, Pyramid.
Stack
Repeats your selection back-to-back in any direction (or auto-facing), with an option to include/skip air and add a gap between copies.
Move Tool
Activate Move, set Position 1/2, then nudge a live ghost preview using 6 directional stick items (1 block per tap) before confirming — nothing changes until you commit.
Schematics (Named Clipboards)
Save your current clipboard under a name to reload later — Load, Rename, and Delete per saved item. Session-based (not saved to the world file).
Import Schematics
A separate, Litematica-style feature: browses ready-made .mcstructure files supplied by this pack's (or any other active pack's) structures/ folder. Preview it as a progressive hologram at your position and facing, then Paste for real using Minecraft's own native layer-by-layer structure placement — walk away while it finishes building. Rotation is automatic, matching whichever cardinal direction (N/E/S/W) you're facing at Preview/Paste time. This is completely separate from the named Schematics clipboard above — the two never share data.
Note: Import Schematics pastes do not go on the Undo/Redo stack, matching how other schematic tools (e.g. Litematica) treat native structure placement.
Undo & Redo
Full history covering Set, Replace, Fill, Walls, Clear, Shapes, Cut, Stack, and Move.
Chat Commands
Prefer typing over tapping? Set your selection with the Wand exactly as always, then run any of these instantly, no menu needed:
/mine:set <block> — same as Set
/mine:fill <block> — same as Fill
/mine:walls <block> — same as Walls
/mine:replace <from> <to> — same as Replace
/mine:clear — same as Clear
/mine:copy — same as Copy
/mine:cut — same as Cut
/mine:paste — same as Paste, at your current position
/mine:undo — same as Undo
/mine:redo — same as Redo
/mine:deselect — forgets your current selection without touching any blocks
/mine:stack <amount> [direction] [includeAir] [gap] — same as Stack
Note: /mine:fill and /mine:clear must be typed in full — vanilla Minecraft already uses the short /fill and /clear.
Extras
In-game Guide Book — a real, signed written book documenting every feature, given automatically on first join (or anytime from the Main Menu)
Info Mode — toggle in Settings; while holding the Wand, shows the block you're looking at (ID + states) in the action bar — purely informational, never places/breaks blocks
Settings Menu — view undo/redo steps and saved schematics, adjust the large-operation warning threshold, change Import Schematics hologram speed, or clear history/schematics
Large operations are batched across multiple ticks to avoid lag, with a confirmation prompt first
Requirements
Requires the Beta APIs experimental toggle enabled in your world settings (needed for selection/move/paste previews).
