Meta Core Patch Update

• Added a saved, per-player UI toggle: /meta:ui switches between custom menus and controller-friendly vanilla menus. Join messages explain the command.
• Fixed overlapping and invisible menus, including the 4th Wall guide.
• Updated Ability Loadout menus with four smaller buttons per row and corrected scrolling.
• Fixed the Gene-Tech skill tree display, enlarged its window, and tightened button spacing.
• Replaced the stick-based X-Ray toggle with a dedicated X-Ray Vision item featuring its own texture and invisible attachable.
• Made Lantern rings use only the offhand model and corrected their orbit offsets.
• Added optional flightJumpBoost support in heropack suit registries. Only opted-in suits can use the extra-fast sprint + Jump boost and Superman pose. The Template suit demonstrates this setting.
