~ SPLIT INTO TWO PANELS
The single settings panel has been split into two separate
commands. /gt:pmenu opens the new Personal panel, where each
player adjusts their own individual settings. /gt:menu now
opens the Global panel, where server-wide settings are
configured for everyone.
~ PERMISSION SCOPES
/gt:pmenu is universal and available to any player, with no
permission required. /gt:menu is restricted to admins only
(Operator Commands permission), since changes made there
affect the entire world.
