No Enderman Griefing & No Phantom Attacks (Achievement friendly)

Prevents Endermen from picking up and placing blocks and limits Phantoms to one peaceful spawn.
For years, Endermen have been wreaking havoc on our Minecraft world, and Phantoms have been knocking us off our builds. Unfortunately, there are currently no addons being updated that fix these issues while still allowing achievements to be earned. That’s why I decided to take matters into my own hands.
Endermen: can no longer pick up or place blocks.
Phantoms: only a maximum of one can spawn (so membranes can still be obtained), and Phantoms no longer attack players.
