Description
Mat’s Set Home Mod is a lightweight and multiplayer-friendly home teleportation add-on for Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
Each player can save up to three private homes. Every home stores the exact position, viewing direction, and dimension, allowing players to teleport between the Overworld, Nether, and End.
The built-in management menu displays all saved home coordinates and lets players quickly delete homes they no longer need. Home data is stored permanently with the world and remains available after restarting the game or server.
