Minor bug fixes and improvements

  1. Killaura/E fix
  • If the result is positive, an extra check for expected last tick pos (pos - velocity) will be checked
  1. AutoTool/A improvement
  • Only flag when a player is positive for twice within 5 minutes
  • Only flag when autotool check returns positive and successfully break a block
  • Also check after start breaking
  • Flagging autotool will cause the block break action to be cancelled
