Fixed previous false positives reported by the server owners/admins

• Fixed the issue of not sending matrix's command feed back when gamerule sendcommandfeedback is false
• Rework anti scaffold (Stronger detection, less false positive, lower ram usage)
• Teleport, death and spawn will now cause killaura/G to be disabled for a while (Prevent false positive)
• Killaura/G will now detect all flat pitch instead of just 0 (horion)
• Killaura/E will now ignore zero-hp entity (Like instant teleport after death might cause false positive)
• InvalidSprint/B will now ignore player who wore leggings with swift sneak
