It's adds additional swords (and a guitar I think) into the game
Adds swords that can do various things to anyone you fight by blinding them hitting them with all of the above or make them suffer with crippling anxiety. It also adds a guitar to cause more emotional damage and a wand that will briefly put you in spectator mode (but will hurt a lot)
