Fixed several bugs where features did not function correctly.

Improved detection speed when players approach Redstone components, resulting in smoother removal.

Fixed Redstone lamps, repeaters, comparators, all pressure plates, all buttons, rails, sculk sensors, and calibrated sculk sensors to function correctly.

Disabled obtaining sculk sensors and calibrated sculk sensors as items using Silk Touch, though they will still generate naturally.

Prevented XP and item drops from environmental damage to counter iron golem farms, with exceptions for player-killed mobs.

Removed the distribution of the manual (Book and Quill).
