Area: Radius 2 (5x5 chunks) → Radius 8 (17x17 chunks) har player ke around

Speed: 1 chunk / 5 ticks → 6 chunks / tick, aur interval bhi 5 ticks se ghatakar har tick kar diya

Message: Spawn text "Nearby chunks are becoming Lucky Blocks!" → "The whole world is turning into Lucky Blocks!"
