"Blue Fish":

Kill the fish and with a bit of luck you'll get a fish scale. With 8 fish scales and diamond boots, you can craft fish boots.

"Fish Boots": 

While in the water, you can perform a boost by sneaking. The boost has a 30-second cooldown!

"Speed Rabbit":

The speed rabbit grants a speed effect to players within a 15-block radius every 10 minutes. This add-on will receive further updates in the future.
