To begin, you'll need to start a normal survival mode, like any other survival addon. It's recommended to enable cheats and the option to save your inventory so that when you die and collect your elemental abilities, they don't glitch in your inventory. Then you can craft one of the four main elemental abilities

FIRE ELEMENT

WATER ELEMENT

WIND ELEMENT

EARTH ELEMENT

There is also this item with which you can heal your health every 20 seconds
