This version added: Red mist (low sanity, curable). 3 new entities: Splitworm, Kashimashi, and Bloodsucker. 3 new foods: Arare, Yokan, and Divine Water (cures sanity). 2 new weapons: steel pipe and hammer. Updated enemy HP; they now have high HP, vanilla equipment will not affect them.
