JavaPvP TNT Minecart — Explosion power now scales with how fast the cart is moving, just like Java

TNT minecarts on Bedrock have always exploded at one fixed, weak power, no matter how fast they were moving — unlike Java, where the faster the cart, the bigger the explosion, up to nearly 3 TIMES a normal TNT blast.

This addon makes TNT minecarts explode EXACTLY LIKE JAVA:

• Explosion power scales directly with the cart's speed at the moment it detonates
• Matches Java's exact explosion formula
• DOES NOT change how or when the cart detonates — still triggers the same way as before (destroyed while moving, activator rail, fire, etc.)
• Safe by design — in edge cases, the cart still explodes normally instead of silently failing to explode
• Pairs perfectly with JavaPvP Core for the full Java combat experience
