World Border System (NEW):

 - Added /mc:worldborder with set, add, center, damage, and warning.

 - Implemented 1:8 Nether scaling logic.

Team & Messaging (NEW):

 - Auto-Cleanup: System now prunes dead mob IDs from team data to prevent lag.
