Item Frame Rotation Lock

Locks item frames so their rotation can’t be changed unless sneaking
This mod lets you lock item frames to prevent their rotation.
Rename a stick to 'Lock' using an anvil, then sneak and right-click an item frame with it to toggle the rotation lock on or off.
This mod does not disable achievements.
