✨ Major UI Overhaul

• Brand‑new heavy iron / steel themed UI across every menu — forged background, riveted metal frame, metal buttons with icons, and an "IRON RUSH" logo.
• Consistent metal styling for toggles, dropdowns, text input, and the submit button in the settings screen.
• Removed the distracting green hover so buttons stay clean.

🧭 Simpler, Unified Menus

• The in‑game and post‑game menus are now a single, streamlined screen (the old "experience level → beginner / full" multi‑step flow has been retired).
• Team Management is now reachable directly from the main menu when Team Mode is on.
• Fixed menu back‑navigation (e.g. after finishing a game, Other → Back no longer lets you accidentally start a new game).

🌐 Language & Localization

• Language selection on first use (日本語 / English) — and a Language button right on the main menu to switch anytime.
• Added English item names and English descriptions throughout.

• Every setting now shows a short description of what it does.
• Refreshed How to Play screen with a 3‑step illustration and scrollable text.

✨ UI 全面リニューアル

• 全メニューを重厚な鉄／鋼テーマに刷新（鍛冶風の背景・リベット金属フレーム・アイコン付き金属ボタン・「IRON RUSH」ロゴ）。
• 設定画面の トグル・ドロップダウン・入力欄・送信ボタン も金属で統一。
• 押下時の緑ハイライトを除去してすっきり表示。

🧭 メニューを統合・シンプル化

• ゲーム中／完了後のメニューを 1枚に統合（旧「習熟度選択→初心者／全機能」の多段フローを廃止）。
• チームモードON時は メインメニューから直接チーム管理 へ。
• 戻る導線の不具合を修正（ゲーム終了後に「そのほか→戻る」で新規開始が押せてしまう等）。

🌐 言語・ローカライズ
