Independant Kitties

Want to tame cats, but don't want to then have them constantly follow you around or have to have them sitting down to keep them in one place?

Independant Kitties adds a third option to tamed cats' behavior: Wander mode. When cats are wandering, they don't follow their owner, and instead meander around exactly as though they were still wild, except that they are no longer skittish around players.

Cats in wander mode will also still try to sleep on their owner's bed the same way vanilla tamed cats do, though their search radius has been extended since they may be further away.

Switching Between Modes: Cats are ornery creatures, and they don't always want to do what you tell them. You can command your tame cats to sit and stand as in vanilla, but when the cat gets up, it will decide whether it is going to follow you around or wander off! (50/50 chance of either) If you want to trigger a specific change, give your cat a piece of string to play with to switch into Wander mode, or give your kitty a treat of an entire raw chicken and it will switch into Follow mode.

Additional Changes:

• Cats in Follow mode now wear harnesses instead of collars to indicate that they are Working. The harness is dyable, and is the same color as the collar. (Cats in wander mode still wear collars as before)
• Cats can be tempted with raw chicken as well as with fish, and wild cats can be tamed with raw chicken.
• The speed multiplier of tame cats being tempted has been increased from 0.5 to 1.5 because once a cat likes you, if you're offering food it is gonna rush you, not sneak up slowly.
• Since creepers are already scared of cats, cats can now hunt creepers! 
• Kittens deal less damage than adults. (1 vs 4)

Notes:

When adding this to an existing world, make sure any tamed cats are currently seated, as standing tamed cats will not automatically be changed into Follow or Wander mode. Wild cats and cats in Wander mode try to stick close to villages, but tamed cats in neither mode will have no such imperitive.
