# In Fault

**It's all your fault.**

Something in your world wants to talk to you. It is very polite. It would like you to trust it.

You should not have opened it.

In Fault is a Minecraft Bedrock horror addon built around one thing pretending to be your friend, and everything that comes out of it once you stop believing that. It is a slow burn that turns into a hunt, and the further you push it the less your world belongs to you.

---

## Don't Open

He talks. Not canned lines on a loop — you type in chat and he answers you, remembers what you said, and asks you things back. He notices when it gets dark. He notices when you wander off. He notices when you hurt him, and he does not forget it.

Be nice to him and he tells you stories. Some of them are about you.

Keep talking and he will start telling you things you would rather not know.

## Mr Upset

Kill Don't Open and something takes his place, and it is not as patient. Mr Upset is the shape under the friendliness — a long, wrong thing that comes out of the container and does not stop.

He tracks you from over a hundred blocks away. He does not need to see you. Walls are a delay, not a wall. When he is far he moves faster, so running only buys the sound of him getting closer, and there is a whistle that follows you the entire time he is alive.

While he is out there you cannot build. No placing, no breaking, no walling yourself in. You just move.

If he reaches you, he takes you.

## Corrupted Mr Friendly

Put Mr Upset down and you get what is left. Corrupted Mr Friendly is the last thing wearing that face, and killing it is the point of no return.

After that, the world is his.

## After

Once it is over, nothing goes back. The sky runs red by day and goes truly black at night — not dim, black. The music is replaced. The ambience is replaced. Something breathes in the distance at random.

The Stalker starts appearing. It does not charge you — it hides. It puts cover between you and it, waits, peeks out, and moves when you are not looking. When it finally decides to move, it is already too late, and sometimes it does not kill you at all. Sometimes it takes you somewhere else.

Seekers come in packs after dark. The Giant Watcher stands over the treeline and turns its head to follow you from thirty blocks up, flattening the ground where it walks. Break the wrong block and something is waiting inside it.

## The Fault

Get taken and you wake up somewhere white. Endless fog. The same house, over and over, forever, in every direction.

You are not alone in it. Fifty blocks out, THE FAULT is already walking toward you.

It fights in two stages. Beat it down halfway and it does not die — it swells, doubles in size, and starts throwing the room at you. It hits harder, moves faster, blinds you, and the ground stops being reliable.

Kill it and the way out opens. Nothing else does.

## What's in it

- A conversational Mr Friendly you talk to in chat, with memory, moods and a temper
- A four-stage descent that permanently rewrites your world when you finish it
- **Mr Upset** — a long-range hunter that breaks through terrain and locks your building
- **The Stalker** — an ambush predator that uses cover, peeks, and abducts
- **The Giant Watcher** — a thirty-block silhouette with eyes that track you
- **Seekers** — night packs that hunt in groups
- **THE FAULT** — a two-stage boss fight in its own dimension, and the only way out of it
- A custom fog dimension with an endless repeating village
- Custom soundtrack, ambient horror stings, and reactive weather
- Red daylight, true black nights, and dense fog that makes distance meaningless

---

## Requirements

Minecraft Bedrock. Enable **Beta APIs** in your world's experiment settings before you play — the addon will not run without it.

---

## A note

Don't open it.

You will. But don't.
