NEW: Vitalitylogic HUD Integration
- Hydration Logic now reads vitality shared values and combines both lines safely
- Displays Hydration + Vitality without Action Bar overwrite conflicts

NEW: Full 3-Pack Compatibility
- Supports all addon combinations:
  - Hydration only
  - Hydration + Vitality
  - Hydration + Thermologic
  - Hydration + Vitality + Thermologic

INTEGRATION RULE
- Thermologic remains the primary combined renderer when installed
- Hydration-only and Hydration+Vitality scenarios render locally in Hydration Logic

TECHNICAL CHANGES
- Added vitality scoreboard reads (`vl:show`, `vl_vitality`, `vl:max`)
- Maintained existing hydration mechanics and game-mode visibility logic
