With Hostile Pet, you can collect eggs dropped by hostile mobs and hatch them into adorable mini companions. These mini mobs will follow you, protecting you and fighting by your side
*Note* This addon is currently being expanded. The current version includes 15 pets. Future updates will continue to add more pets
- Defeat hostile mobs to collect their eggs (e.g., Zombies drop Zombie Eggs) with a 0.5% chance (up to 1% at Looting III).
V1.0 Added mini versions of Zombie, Skeleton, Stray, Drowned, Bogged, Creeper, Spider, Cave Spider, Husk, Enderman
V1.1 Added mini versions of Ghast, Blaze, Wither Skeleton, Piglin, and Zombified Piglin.
- Some eggs, such as Skeleton, Stray, Bogged, Zombie, and Drowned, can burn if left outside in daylight
The zombie egg burns when exposed to daylight
- Eggs will hatch into mini mobs after 10–20 minutes
- Each mini mob can be tamed and healed using a specific item corresponding to its type::
- Once tamed, mini mobs will follow the player, protecting them and fighting alongside them
- Tamed mini mobs will follow the player and defend them from hostile mobs, similar to wolves
- Some mini mobs can pick up and equip items, such as Mini Zombie and Mini Skeleton variants
- Ranged Combat:
- Item Management: To remove an equipped item from a mini mob, put the pet into a sitting state and use a shears while sneaking
- Mini Creeper: Explodes when close to a target. After exploding, it becomes vulnerable — unable to move or attack — and takes 15–20 seconds to return to normal.
- Mini Piglin: You can give it gold ingots to barter for various items

- Hitbox Warning: Mini mobs have a small hitbox and can slip through narrow gaps between blocks, so be careful when navigating your base or structures
- Difficulty Recommendation: Play on Easy or higher. Some pets may despawn if played in Peaceful mode
- Gamerule: Keep mobGriefing set to true
- Compatible with Minecraft Bedrock Edition 1.21.130
- Does not require experimental gameplay to be enabled
- Compatible with most addons and works with Achievements
