Survive a zombie infection that grows every day, armed with WW2 weapons, grenades and medical items. Defeat the Zombie King to end the infection, and explore stylish ruined houses and buildings across the map.
# Horizonte: End of the Infection
A mysterious infection starts spreading through your world. Animals turn into zombies, zombies crawl out of the ground by day, and there is only one way to end it all: defeat the Zombie King.
## The infection
- The infection starts on day 5 and grows until it takes over the whole world around day 30.
- Animals and creatures turn into zombie versions: cow, pig, sheep, chicken, horse, wolf, cat, fox, rabbit, spider, creeper, witch, villager, pillager and more.
- During the day, zombies rise from the ground in infected areas, and they get stronger and faster as days go by.
- Infected villages fall into ruin.
- Three bites and you are infected. You have 3 minutes to cure yourself before you turn into a zombie.
- The **Infection Cure** works on you and on zombie animals, which return to normal.
## The end of the infection
Defeat the **Zombie King** and the infection is over: the infection block disappears, every zombie vanishes, and every infected animal turns back to normal right where it stands. A message appears on every player's screen: "THE INFECTION IS OVER!"
## Weapons and gear
- Pistol and submachine guns: Colt 1911, Thompson, MP40, PPSh-41
- Rifles: Kar98k, Mauser, M1 Garand, StG 44, AK-47
- Shotgun
- Grenades: Mk2 and Stielhandgranate
- Melee: trench shovel, trench knife, commando knife, bayonet, machete, hatchet, trench club and officer's sabre
- Ammo for each type of weapon
- Headshots deal extra damage
## Medical items
Bandage, medical kit, morphine, rations, canteen and the Infection Cure potion.
## Ruined houses
Stylish, destroyed houses and buildings appear across the map as you explore: mansions, brick apartment buildings, villas and towers, with no roofs, holes in the walls and rubble all around. Only some buildings have a chest, holding simple items like iron and coal.
## How to use
1. Import the `.mcaddon` file.
2. Enable both the behavior pack and the resource pack in your world.
3. If an older version of Horizonte is enabled, remove it first.
