Adds 6 new magic wands, 2 new swords, 5 new armors and 1 new item.
What's new
Added support for version 1.16.210.
Since "render_offsets" is enabled, I added it.
However, since "event" is not enabled in "on_hit_block" of "weapon", there is a problem that the command does not work even if you hit the ground with a magic wand. You must attack the MOB to use the magic wand.
