When you spawn in, you will be given the recipe for the pack guidebook. When used, a menu will pop up with multiple sections telling you everything you need to know about the pack, just in case you don't feel like revisiting this page. This recipe is unlocked immediately.
Overview
Welcome to Hexeri! (Unrelated to the Java mod of the same name.) A simple spell add-on that adds 25+ spells to your world.
Each spell tome has a special perk or ability that helps you out while using a basic mana system that is super easy to understand and takes very little time to get into. There are a LOT of spells, and I don't want to bore you with a wall of text, so below are some important footnotes.
Spelling Table
The Hexing Table is used to craft every spell and potion in this add-on. You will not be able to craft the new items from a normal crafting table. This recipe is also always unlocked on world creation.
Mana System
As stated above, this add-on uses a simple mana system that allows you to use spells, given you have enough, of course.
You gain mana back by passively regenerating it over time or drinking mana potions.
You can check your mana in two ways:
Each spell has a durability bar and will sync to your total mana. This gives you a loose reference on how much mana you have and is good if you are out in the field and don't have time to check your exact amount.
At the bottom of every spell description, you will see a number out of 100 saying exactly how much mana you have. This is good if you want an exact number of how much mana you have.
Mana Potions
You can drink three types of mana potions to get mana back.
The three levels are Lesser, Normal, and Greater. The recipes below can be used to craft them in a Spelling Table.
