Held Particle Sources

I've tweaked the particle effects a little, (enchanted books now have a different particle)

Also I've added effects to stone - netherite weapons and tools. i used a 1.19 particle for diamond (which was on the enchanted book previously) so it wont show up on 1.18 versions of the game.

I also removed hotbar and inventory particle effects. it just didnt work real well/feel necessary (or add to the game play experience).

i increased the rate at which ground items emit particles.
