Held Light Sources

I doubled the light sources (1 at head hight and 1 at legs) so walking on snow or small grass doesn't block out all the light (was a little annoying having patchy lighting too) also changed the way part of the light sources code works as i think it might have had a bug if 2 or more people were online. (i only have 1 account so its hard for me to know for sure)
