you can use a few simple commands to spawn flies, introduce food into their environment, and interact directly with the simulated brain. Use /scriptevent flywire:spawn 1 or /scriptevent flywire:spawn 2 to bring flies into the world, and /scriptevent flywire:sugar <amount> to place sugar nearby as a food stimulus. You can also use normal Minecraft sugar with /give @s sugar 1.
For players who want to look deeper into the simulation, /scriptevent flywire:load starts loading the connectome, while /scriptevent flywire:stats and /scriptevent flywire:brain display information about the current neural simulation. Experimental users can go further with /scriptevent flywire:stim <population> to stimulate a neural population, or /scriptevent flywire:stim_index <index> <amount> to stimulate an individual neuron directly. Finally, /scriptevent flywire:kill removes the spawned flies when you’re done experimenting
