Welcome to the Flatworld!

It’s quite barren, there’s is mostly nothing to do. Maybe here and there some waiting while making almost no progress. This addon tries to fix this problem by adding less grindy elements to progressing. Let’s explore how you actually progress and beat the dragon!

Notes: There’s a book ingame that tells all of this information, the recommended way to play this mod is with recipe unlocking and NO bonus chest!

Beating The Game

To actually begin, you need some wood. Punching grass blocks reveals small twigs, leaves etc. Sometimes a sapling too!

Stone is also important, by crafting a wooden chissel, it’s possible to scrape some pebbles out of the bedrock. 4 Pebbles make a piece of gravel and 4 pieces of gravel makes cobblestone! Maybe even iron?

To get villagers, you need weakness and golden apples. Luckily, witches now drop those items. Better build a mob farm!

Stone mason villagers now sell lava buckets, mix those with water and you’ll get some obsidian. The nether is now accessible.

Bastions are going to be your best friend, they contain end portal upgrade templates and endstone. End shards can be dropped by endermen or bartered by piglins. You’ll need about 120 end shards, so be prepared!

The final step is to beat the game! Craft the end portal frames!

Some new features

There is a new ore, nether diamond ore! This ore drops diamond nuggets which is needed to craft diamonds. They are found from y level 30 to 10.

Sugarcane is now less luck reliant. Before you needed to wait for a wandering trader and hope that he sells it. Now farmers always sell sugarcane! Just like cacti.

Sand is now obtainable by grinding gravel inside a stonecutter

Dripstone can also be grinded into pointed dripstone.

A new structure spawns in the nether!

The collectibles

The heavy core can be crafted. It’s really expensive, you’ll need a netherite block and 8 titanium. How do you get titanium? It can only be obtained by tool smiths.

All the saplings can be obtained by farmers. They only sell four different saplings per villager!

Sculk got revamped, the new deep egg ore now drops sculk, sculk catalysts and an egg of the deep. This ore spawns in the nether near bedrock. With an egg of the deep, you can spawn the warden. The warden drops, otherside, filled sculk, and the ward armor trim. The armor trim can be crafted into silence. The vanilla recipe isn’t overridden!

NOTE: Deep egg ore can ONLY be mined with a netherite pickaxe and isn’t affected by fortune.

Amethyst is farmable. Budding amethyst spawns in nether fortresses. They can be found inside the chests.

Deepslate and tuff aren’t really useful. They are mostly decorative blocks. They are being sold by the stone mason.

All discs are now obtainable.

- Otherside is now being dropped by wardens

- 5 is found inside filled sculk.

- Relic, creator, creator (Music box) and precipice are now craftable. The new copper disc item can be found inside the new structure! There are now music sheets in the end cities.

All the armor trims are obtainable.

- Wayfinder, Host, Raiser and shaper are now being traded by the armorer.

- Dune is now ALWAYS available by wandering traders.

- Tide and coast are now fishable, tide comes with prismarine to duplicate it.

- Sentry, vex and wild are drops by the raid mobs. Sentry by pillagers, vex by evokers and wild by ravagers.

- Ward and silence, ward is being dropped by the warden and silence is craftable. You’ll need ward to craft silence!

- Bolt and flow are now craftable with copper plates. The copper plates spawn inside the new structure!

Final notes

This description is not really in depth, the book is! I don’t have big plans, i don’t really plan to update this, maybe extra features if i feel like it or gets outdated. But enjoy this simplistic addon!
