Quality of life update

Changes:
- We've changed the "tocon" blocks (all 12 variants) to be rotatable; now you can rotate them like vanilla logs.
- We've modified the peek collision and entity collision of the arrow stand to correctly match its geometry.
- We've modified the peek collision and entity collision of the bamboo cane box to correctly match its geometry.
- We've added notes! These notes are placed on walls; when placed, you can click on them to read or modify them. This property has been assigned to ff:paper2.
- We've adopted a couple of English names to make it more appropriate.
