Description
Ever notice how blocks in Minecraft just... vanish when you break them? One second they're there, next second they're a floating item. Block Gravity fixes that.
Now when you mine a block, it actually pops loose, tumbles through the air, bounces, and settles on the ground before you pick it up. Blow something up with TNT or a creeper and watch the whole area erupt, blocks go flying everywhere and rain back down like real debris. It makes mining and explosions feel way more satisfying and honestly it's kind of hard to go back once you're used to it.
What it does:
- Broken blocks fall, roll, and land instead of instantly disappearing
- Explosions launch blocks into the air and scatter them around
- Heavier blocks (ore, metal, obsidian) barely lift, while loose stuff like dirt, sand and gravel erupt higher
- Glass and glass panes shatter into pieces instead of just breaking
- Leaves drift down gently instead of dropping like a rock
- Stairs, slabs, walls, fences, chains, rods and bars all fall with their proper shape
- Hundreds of blocks supported and more getting added every update
Drops stay normal. This is the part I care most about, it doesn't mess with your loot. Chests, furnaces, shulker boxes and beehives keep everything inside them. Ores still drop what they should. Silk touch and fortune work like normal. It's purely visual on top of the vanilla game, so nothing about survival gets broken.
How to use it:
Just turn on both the behavior pack and the resource pack for your world. That's it, no config, no commands, no setup. Works in survival and creative.
Compatibility:
Block Gravity plays nice with my other free addons, so feel free to run them together:
- Juggernut
- Arcane Flight
Caution: Depending on the device, this could cause lag if you are breaking a large amount of blocks.
Thanks for checking it out, hope you have fun with it.
