Faithfully Vanilla Katana

This addon introduces the Katana, designed to be simple and attainable in survival mode, practical for fighting groups of monsters. the Katana has a cooldown that prevents players from click spamming, and the cooldown time is decreased the higher the weapon tier (with the exception of gold).

the design is meant to match Minecraft's vanilla items, and fit in with it.
