Entity-626 presents a grotesque and asymmetrical humanoid form.
Primary ambulation is achieved via a set of four multi-jointed limbs extending from the upper shoulder, facilitating a spider-like gait.
The subject's left leg has been surgically amputated at the mid-thigh. The right leg is severely bloated and enlarged, showing signs of chronic lymphatic filariasis or a similar, artificially induced condition. Both are non-functional.
