Gavti Enchantment Extractor is a useful Minecraft Bedrock addon that lets you extract selected enchantments from your items and store them inside books.

How It Works

Hold or select your enchanted item, choose a book, then open the extractor UI. Select only the enchantments you want to remove from the item. The selected enchantments will be stored in a book, while the unselected enchantments stay on the item.
