Emerald Essentials 3.6.1
What's new
Emerald Essentials 3.6.0
This update adds an in-game Shop Editor and lets you make your own shop presets.
Shop Editor
- Open it with
!shopsetting(nothing after it) or the new Shop Editor button in!adminpanel. - Browse groups and items with the same icon menus as the shop. Then you can:
- Edit an item's price, display name, icon and how many you get per purchase
- Move an item to another group (new)
- Remove an item, and if a removal fails, it now tells you why instead of doing nothing
- Add the item in your hand to any group.
- Groups: add, rename (new, and the group's items move with it), change the icon, move to another slot, or remove.
Custom Presets
- Make your own shop presets in-game:
- Start a new empty preset
- Save your current shop as a preset
- Copy any preset, including the built-in one, to make your own version
- Edit your presets with the same editor as the shop. You can also rename or delete them.
- Editing a preset doesn't change your shop until you load it.
Loading Presets
- When loading any preset, built-in or custom, you can:
- Pick which groups to load
- Set a price multiplier (0.5 = half price, 2 = double, 1 = the preset's own prices)
- Skip items the shop already has, which is on by default, so loading a preset twice no longer doubles everything
Sell Editor
- Open it with
!sellsetting(nothing after it) or the new Sell Editor button in!adminpanel. - Browse, edit or remove sell items, and add the item in your hand.
- Load the sell preset with a price multiplier and the option to skip items you already have.
Notes
- The Shop and Sell Editor buttons only show for players who have permission to use those commands.
- The old
!shopsettingand!sellsettingcommands still work as before. - No changes to your existing data. Your shop, sell menu, balances and everything else carry over as they are.
If you're posting the 3.6.1 build, add this underneath:
3.6.1
- The admin panel and other menus now say "Close Chat to Show UI!" when chat is open, and wait up to 15 seconds for you to close it instead of quietly not opening.
- Fixed UI errors that showed up in the content log every time a menu opened.
