Effects Shop v4.1.0: The Stability Update!

Welcome to Version 4.1.0! The Effects Shop has been completely updated to run flawlessly on the brand new Minecraft Bedrock "Chaos Cubed" update! We've removed the need for experimental settings and made the shop faster and more responsive than ever before!

Here is everything new in the v4.1.0 Update:

Plug & Play Ready!

  • No More Experiments: The entire Effects Shop now runs natively on Minecraft's official, stable code! You no longer need to turn on the "Beta APIs" setting in your world to use this Add-On. Just install and play!

Speed Boosts & Bug Fixes

  • Instant Shop Access: We fixed the notorious Bedrock bug where menus would randomly refuse to open during server lag. The shop now uses a brute-force system to open perfectly and instantly every single time you use your trigger item!
  • Crash-Proof Purchases: Upgraded the backend code so that buying effects, claiming daily buffs, and applying auras is 100% safe. If the server lags out while you are buying an effect, it won't crash the realm!
  • UI Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue where closing out of the shop menus could sometimes cause the script to hang. Menus now close smoothly and cleanly.
