~ LIGHT BLOCK DROPS RESTRICTED
Adjusted so light blocks can no longer be obtained in very
specific situations where they previously could.
~ SETTINGS NOW AVAILABLE IN BOTH MODES
Configuration for Dynamic Light GT was previously only
available through the global settings panel. It can now also
be adjusted through the personal settings panel, allowing each
player to configure their own settings in addition to the
global ones.
